Rules for using the stromyvcr.cz magazine: copyright, use of AI, liability and the point of contact under the DSA.

These terms govern the use of the website stromyvcr.cz (the “website”). By using the website, you agree to them.

## 1. Operator

**Webmint s.r.o.**, Jana Želivského 2, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 27888819, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ27888819, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 124216, e-mail [info@webmint.cz](mailto:info@webmint.cz).

## 2. Nature of the content

The website is a free information magazine about trees, plants and nature. Its articles are educational and intended for a general audience, and they **do not replace professional advice** from an arborist, doctor, toxicologist or other specialist. Some woody plants (such as yew) are poisonous – if you suspect poisoning, call the Czech Toxicological Information Centre on +420 224 919 293 or +420 224 915 402, or the emergency number 155 (or 112).

We continuously check and update the content, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete and error-free. If you find a mistake, please let us know via the [contact page](https://www.stromyvcr.cz/en/contact/).

## 3. Use of artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence tools (language models) when preparing and translating articles. Every text is published under editorial responsibility, and the source material is reviewed before publication. Translations into other languages are produced by machine using AI and may contain inaccuracies; the Czech version prevails. Illustrative images created with AI are labelled “AI illustration” in their caption.

## 4. Copyright

The texts, photographs, graphics, logo and structure of the website are protected by the Czech Copyright Act (Act No. 121/2000 Coll.). Copying and further distribution of the content is not permitted without the operator’s prior written consent.

**Permitted use:** short quotations with attribution and a working link to the original article; sharing links on social media; personal and educational use.

**Search engines and AI assistants:** may index the content and quote and summarise it in their answers, provided they cite the source and link to stromyvcr.cz. Machine-readable versions of the articles are available in the [llms.txt](https://www.stromyvcr.cz/llms.txt) file.

## 5. Links to other websites

The website contains links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.

## 6. Contact form and user content

Messages sent via the contact form must not contain unlawful, offensive or harassing content, nor unsolicited commercial communications. The processing of personal data is described in the [Privacy Policy](https://www.stromyvcr.cz/en/privacy-policy/).

## 7. Point of contact under the Digital Services Act (DSA)

The single point of contact for authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and users is the e-mail address [info@webmint.cz](mailto:info@webmint.cz). Communication is possible in Czech and English. Unlawful content may be reported to the same address; the notice should include the exact URL, a description and the reason why the content is unlawful, and the contact details of the person submitting the notice.

## 8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of information on the website or for the website being temporarily unavailable, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of law (in particular damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and harm to health). This does not affect consumers’ rights.

## 9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers are not deprived of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

## 10. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms to a reasonable extent. The current version is always published on this page.
